Innovation during COVID - Reel You

SEA Alumni are launching new solutions to address the challenges of the new normal, such as Jay Albert with Reel You.

Reel You

Remembering the major moments in life is easy, but what happens to the "in between" moments? If not lost in group texts or your photo library, where do they go to be remembered?

Jay Alberts, SEA Class of 2010, founded Reel You to help you capture all of your moments that matter in a way that reflects your real life. Along the way, he has coined the term "personal media" to reflect this new form of organizing, sharing and remembering your moments. It's more private than social media but more social than a journal.

The Beta version of Reel You for iOS launched during summer 2020 and installs are increasing 50%+ month over month. Reel Yousers are now creating moments in 19 countries across 5 continents! Receiving such diverse perspective is critical to a successful App Store launch.
